4. Delivery

• We strive to deliver all orders on time, but delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated location.
• For school deliveries, meals will be delivered to the designated pickup area as arranged with the school.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds for quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to:
